We're looking for a senior engineer who doesn't just use AI tools. You've shipped production systems where AI is a first-class component, not an afterthought.
What you'll do
Design and build full-stack features across our planning, scheduling, and communication platform
Integrate LLMs and AI agents into real workflows, including call handling, data extraction, decision automation
Own systems end-to-end: database design, APIs, real-time UI, and deployment
Collaborate directly with founders to shape product direction
What we're looking for
5+ years of full-stack experience (TypeScript, React, Node.js or similar)
Proven, hands-on experience building with AI/LLMs in production, not just prototypes
Strong product sense and ability to move fast with minimal direction
Comfort with ambiguity. We're a small team solving hard problems
